Plot: There was a man who was created during the carnage WWII. He was an assassin who was engineered to psychically toy with people's minds and ultimately kill them. Kazu is the third generation descendant of that man, living in peaceful modern Japan, with a job as a clinical doctor. However, when the need arises, he uses his ability to help mentally disturbed patients overcome their pasts.
